1. Information We Collect
Cloudbridge LLC collects information you provide when you create and use a MyPDTracker® account, including:
- Name, email address, and phone number;
- Login and account information;
- Professional-development records, license information, and professional goals;
- Documents and other files you choose to upload; and
- Billing and subscription information processed through Stripe.
We may also collect limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as session information, browser or device information, IP address, and basic server logs.
2. How We Use Information
We use customer information to provide and maintain MyPDTracker®, authenticate accounts, store and display professional-development records, process subscriptions, deliver service messages, respond to support requests, protect the service, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Cloudbridge LLC does not sell customer personal information. We disclose customer personal information to service providers only as needed for them to perform services on our behalf, or when disclosure is required by law.
3. Service Providers
The following providers may process information to support MyPDTracker®:
- Neon: hosts the PostgreSQL database used to store account and application data.
- Stripe: processes payment and subscription information. Cloudbridge LLC does not directly store complete payment-card details.
- Gmail and SendGrid: deliver transactional messages such as account, security, recovery, and service emails.
These providers process information under their own privacy terms and only receive the information needed for the applicable service.
5. Data Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention may vary depending on the type of information and applicable obligations.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect customer information. No online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Choices
You may review and update certain account information within MyPDTracker®. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Some information may be retained when required by law or for legitimate business records.
You may cancel your subscription through the available account controls. Cancellation and data-deletion requests are separate processes unless otherwise confirmed.
7. Children’s Privacy
MyPDTracker® is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Cloudbridge LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the service or applicable practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest published version. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate.
